Your morning might begin on the production floor, sampling units and running tests with precision tools. By mid‑day, you’ll be documenting results, flagging nonconformities, and partnering with production to correct issues. In the afternoon, you could be refining inspection procedures, prepping records for an audit, or reviewing emerging industry standards to keep our practices sharp.

• Run scheduled inspections and tests to verify products meet established quality criteria.
• Record, track, and report defects or nonconforming findings promptly.
• Contribute to creating and rolling out practical quality control procedures.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain thorough inspection, testing, and quality metric documentation.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits when needed.
• Stay current with quality assurance best practices and industry standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in quality or related field is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment as a Quality Technician or comparable role.
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
• Working knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
