Technician, Quality Process Control

Job Summary

Technician, Quality Process Control is responsible for analyzing and verifying the specifications of all parameters required by the company, national and international standards to ensure the quality of semi‑finished and finished products on each packaging line.

• Confirm and verify physical measurements and sensory tests of WTP and finished goods to meet standard requirements.
• Perform daily inspection and verification of each stage in the process (bottle blowing, filling water level, coding, printing and labeling).
• Control and minimize non‑conformity products and processes to reduce market risk.
• Verify the air smell condition from each compressor machine to ensure product quality conformity.
• Maintain, validate, verify and calibrate all related quality checking equipment to ensure effectiveness.
• Apply alternative skill analyses in laboratory and produce reports to build staff competencies and career growth.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities requiring attention to detail and high commitment.
• Demonstrate accountability and result‑orientation skill to perform efficient work.
• Demonstrate ability to follow compliance work with clear decision.

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Bio‑Industry, Agro‑Industry or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1‑2 years of experience in quality control or related fields.
• Skills and Knowledge: Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP and related standards.
