• A traditional skilled nursing and rehab center
• Four Green House Cottages (12 elders per home)
• 57 private rooms in our main building, including a Ladies Memory Care Neighborhood

Your Role as an RN

You are the clinical leader on your shift - the calm presence, the critical thinker, and the advocate.

You will:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Lead clinical decision-making for changes in condition
• Provide medication administration and treatments as needed
• Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
• Participate in QAPI and performance improvement initiatives
• Help maintain and elevate our CMS 5-Star standards

In our traditional skilled setting, you'll manage complex medical needs and short-term rehab residents preparing to return home.

In our Green House cottages, you'll practice relationship-based nursing in a small-home environment where elders live with dignity, privacy, and family-style connection.

• Active Arkansas RN license
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
