Position Details:

• Full-Time Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM)

• 12-hour shifts

• New graduates welcome!

Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

Your Role:
As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise daily nursing activities, collaborate with the healthcare team, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and provide supportive care. You’ll help promote resident independence and quality of life, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
