As a Nurse at BMRHC, you'll work alongside our healthcare providers to deliver primary care services, direct patient care, and performing specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Provide limited direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
Perform independent procedures as allowed under Arkansas nursing scope of practice
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM
Some travel is required for this position.

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
Current CPR certification
Previous nursing experience preferred
Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills
