RN’s $30.00-$35.00/hour with $3.00 shift differential. Wages are commensurate with experience.
LPN’s $22.00-$27.00/hour with $2.00 shift differential. Wages are commensurate with experience.

Summary:
Signet Health is actively interviewing for nurses with behavioral health experience to join the Behavioral Health inpatient care team at Chambers Hospital in Danville, Arkansas. Both RNs and LPNs with behavioral health experience are encouraged to apply.
Both RN and LPN night shift positions are available. These are full-time, overnight positions, which may include weekends and holidays. Hours are from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am.
- Consults with and keeps supervisor informed of activities, needs, and problems regarding assigned patients and/or unit.
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Interacts effectively with patients, families, and visitors while maintaining professional nursing standards.
- Provides physical and psychological support to patients.
- Engages with patients and their families to offer encouragement and support.
- Demonstrates care, warmth, and empathy; possesses good listening skills and the ability to assess patient care needs.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current Arkansas or compact LPN or RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications.
- De-escalation techniques certification is a plus; training available.
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mental health and various illnesses, with a willingness to expand knowledge.
- Culturally perceptive when working with psychiatric patients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience, empathy, and resolve are essential.
- Team player with respect, dependability, a positive attitude, and emotional self-control.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
