Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch provides Christ-centered, clinical residential treatment services for adolescent boys ages 14-17. The program focuses on addressing substance abuse, mental health, and behavioral health challenges using a therapeutic and faith-based approach. Located in Morrow, Arkansas, the Ranch offers a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and transformation. Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch is committed to positively impacting the lives of young men and their families through a holistic treatment plan.

Role Description

This is a full-time, community-based location in Northwest Arkansas, for a Director of Development. The Director of Development is responsible for overseeing and implementing fundraising initiatives, cultivating donor relationships, and driving planned giving and annual giving campaigns. The role includes creating and managing a comprehensive development strategy, overseeing budgeting related to fundraising efforts, and leading philanthropic initiatives that align with the organization's mission.

The Director will work closely with internal teams to meet development goals and ensure sustainable funding for the organization.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies to support long-term development goals
  • Strong understanding of Fundraising strategies and techniques to drive donor engagement
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and financial planning related to fundraising initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience in Philanthropy and charitable giving optimization
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community members
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a faith-based or mission-driven organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred
