Job Summary

The overall role of Officer, SSN Production is to monitor and manage seasoning production and packaging machines to run at highest efficiency and ensure the high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain seasoning packaging machines work properly and smoothly as planned
  • Work closely with production team to execute production plan and communicate to relevant people to ensure product quality is always complied to company standard.
  • Execute the implementation of SOP and OPL, GMP, HACCP, ISO (QMS, FSMS, EMS)
  • Implement activities plan to improve the plant productivity within assigned resources (labor, machine, utility) and achieve high quality of products, minimize RM and Packaging material waste in Production while continuously seeking for improvement.
  • Execute and train operators and workers to ensure the implementation of health and safety procedure to achieve Occupational Health and Safety standard.
  • Implement daily, weekly, monthly maintenance schedule such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening (CILT) to encourage and motivate staff and workers to dedicate in their assignments.
  • maintain the performance and attendances of casual staff
  • Execute 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at production areas to ensure safety and improvement in working environment.
  • Other tasks will be assigned time to time
Key Challenges
  • Executive to maintain direct reports to attain high skills level to meet daily operational requirements of seasoning packaging machine.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence team with different personalities and level of education
  • Be able to perform multi-task and work under pressure with result-oriented
Qualifications
  • Education:

    University degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experiences:
    At least 2 years of experience in production or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
  • Skills and knowledge:
    Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management and interdependencies.
  • Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
  • Competencies in computer and Microsoft office skills
  • Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
