Our staffing agency is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Coating Machine Operator for one of our clients located in Lincoln, Arkansas. This position supports printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing operations and is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with machinery, following precise instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.

The Coating Machine Operator will be responsible for operating various PCB manufacturing and coating machines to ensure products are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires close attention to detail, adherence to work instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Coating Machine Operator plays a critical role in preparing PCBs to meet industry and customer requirements.

As a Coating Machine Operator, you will build and process materials according to detailed work instructions and production documentation. You will be expected to understand and follow IPC-610 requirements to ensure quality and consistency throughout the coating process. Accuracy is essential, as the Coating Machine Operator must monitor equipment operation, inspect output, and document production activities as required.

This position also includes general machine maintenance responsibilities. The Coating Machine Operator will perform basic upkeep, monitor machine performance, and report any issues or malfunctions to supervision. You will also be responsible for maintaining coating chemicals according to manufacturer specifications and chemical MSDS guidelines. Proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals are critical components of this role, and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

In addition to machine operation, the Coating Machine Operator will complete parts requisitions, maintain records, and assist with other production-related duties as needed. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a structured manufacturing setting where quality and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various PCB coating and manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
• Build and process products according to detailed work instructions
• Follow IPC-610 standards and quality requirements
• Monitor machine performance and inspect coated products for quality
• Perform general machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain coating chemicals in accordance with MSDS and safety guidelines
• Complete parts requisitions and required production documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Familiarity with IPC-610 standards preferred
• Comfort working around machinery and production equipment
• Ability to handle and maintain chemicals safely according to guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
