Overview
Premier Sand and Stone LLC, a subsidiary of Coyote Rock LLC, located in Sheridan, Arkansas, is a fast-paced and fast-growing Specialty Aggregate company. Premier Sand and Stone is an open pit mine with a packaging facility and we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.
The plant assistant is responsible for bagging pebble into 50lb bags, then stacking and palletizing it for shipment. The plant assistant will also be responsible for monitoring the plant while it runs, maintaining the plant by performing screen changes, assisting maintenance in repairs, cleaning production areas/warehouse, moving palletized material, and loading trucks.

- May use equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, and other devices utilized in a plant or warehouse environment.
- Changing screens
- On the job training
- MSHA mine training
- 18yrs of Age
- Must complete MSHA mine training
- Must be able to lift 50lb bags continuously
- Must be able to bend, lift, crawl, and/or stoop
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- The ability to be on your feet for the majority of the workday
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
- Adheres to Safety Rules and Regulations
- Team Player and willing to learn new skills
- Experience with automation in a production line
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, crouch, and kneel
- Ability to stand or walk for periods of time, reach for, handle, and manipulate items and to work in extreme weather conditions (heat or cold)
- Must be able to wear a N95 respirator unrestricted while working
