An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Director to spearhead the company's commercial strategy, forging and managing key partnerships with energy providers and installers while optimising pricing models to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth in the retrofit (boiler, solar and heat pumps) and renewable sector.

• Lead the commercial function, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
• Define and execute a bold commercial strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with councils, energy providers, and installers.
• Drive innovation in pricing and funding models to maximise customer uptake.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Operations and Finance to ensure seamless delivery, accurate forecasting, and commercial alignment.
• Oversee commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all processes.
• Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth.

• Proven success in senior commercial leadership within energy, utilities, or home efficiency sectors.
• Experience in developing systems and processes that enable scale and operational excellence.
• Ability to adapt to an SME environment, balancing structure with agility to drive growth.
• Ideally a track record of preparing businesses for investment or sale horizons, with strong understanding of value creation.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, both externally and internally.
• A visionary mindset and leadership style that thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
