Required:

** Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management
* 3-4 years' experience
* Computer literate
* Fluent in English (oral and written)*&Beyond Company Culture:

* Ensure high standards of personal presentation and uniform compliance
* Maintain open communication with staff and guests
* Support Senior Management in overall responsibility for Mnemba Island operations
* Assist in training and developing staff
* Work closely with Management team for seamless daily operations
* Manage daily operational orders within budget
* Implement and update lodge FBC to-do lists
* Ensure &Beyond Golden Thread and Brand Standards are met
* Oversee Food and Beverage aspects to company standards
* Manage guest itineraries & activities
* Lead green team and conservation initiatives
* Assist with social media and PR communications
* Manage staff delight activities and staff swaps
