As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a H&R Block tax office, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee associates, ensure excellent client service, and meet growth objectives while developing your knowledge on tax topics and products.

• Experience managing multiple units in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries
• 2+ years as a Tax Professional

• Partner with the District General Manager on growth plans and community involvement
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Handle escalated client concerns and scheduling
• Lead daily team activities, ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Train and coach associates, lead team meetings
• Create work schedules, prepare tax returns, conduct performance reviews

• Customer service or shift leader experience
• People management experience
• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Continuing education, IRS and state requirements compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently, flexible schedule, high school diploma or higher

This is a sponsored full-time job in retail, with a salary range of $60,000-$70,000. The position is not applicable for seniority level designation. Referrals can increase your chances of interview success.
