Maintenance Director – Full-Time

A respected long-term care provider serving the Brinkley, Wheatley, and Clarendon area is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team. We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on professional with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality facility upkeep.

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Prepare resident rooms for new admissions by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building’s interior, exterior, and grounds.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, supply inventory, and purchase activity.
• Recommend replacements for equipment and building assets as needed.
• Lead a preventative maintenance program and secure bids for capital projects.
• Assist with resident transportation as needed using the facility vehicle.
• Be available for emergency on‑call coverage.

• Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or residential environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage maintenance needs proactively and efficiently.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.

Location: Brinkley/Wheatley/Clarendon, AR area
Schedule: Full‑time with on‑call responsibilities
