Facilities Maintenance

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities team member to join their dedicated team. As a Facilities professional, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall upkeep and aesthetic enhancement of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Facilities

Location: Lonoke, AR

Pay Range: $15.00 Hourly

Shift: 7am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform painting and dusting to maintain the facility's aesthetic appeal
• Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of the premises
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors and staff
• Support team efforts to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Willingness to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
