• Drive engagement delivery, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations
• Manage workstream workplans and coordinate with team members on interdependencies
• Present findings and recommendations to client managers and executives, facilitating meetings and workshops
• Actively participate in internal initiatives, including learning and development efforts
• Own full work streams from start to finish, ensuring successful project execution

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice within a consulting firm or similar role
• At least 1 year of management experience or experience leading teams and projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Master’s Degree
• 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas simply
