• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and deliver quality data and reporting solutions
• Create and maintain operational reports, data sets, and analytical dashboards
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, reporting project status and enabling vendor solutions

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Strong analytical skills to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
