• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Develop quantifiable impact models for proposed strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups effectively
