Human Resources Generalist
Location: Foreman, AR
Pay: $75,000–$80,000/year + annual bonus + profit sharing
Travel: Up to 14%

What You’ll Be Doing- Champion a positive workplace culture and support employees and leaders with day‑to‑day HR needs
- Help resolve employee concerns with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality
- Assist with recruiting, screening, interviews, and onboarding new team members
- Show up at hiring events and represent the company with confidence
- Support training and development initiatives for employees and supervisors
- Help managers with performance reviews and goal‑setting
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist with leave administration and make sure everything is documented and tracked
- Provide local support for payroll, compensation, and benefits questions
- Maintain HR data and help with reporting and insights
- Pitch in with additional HR projects and tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
- 4+ years of HR experience across areas like generalist duties, talent acquisition, training, benefits, or compensation
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Approachable, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable handling confidential situations
- Great communication skills—you know how to talk to anyone
- Ability to build trust and support an inclusive, respectful work environment
- Quick problem solver with a “let’s get this done” mindset
- Comfortable traveling up to 14% for meetings, events, and site visits
