Revenue Integrity Analyst

• Perform reporting and analysis of the revenue cycle to monitor and resolve issues
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to optimize clinical documentation and billing processes
• Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews of billing components and documentation
• Provide ongoing education to staff regarding practice management systems and coding complexities
• Develop and maintain a Quality Audit program and assist with performance quality audits

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing, or coding
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle regulations and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in Project Management
• 1 year of experience in an Epic-billing environment
