Position TitleThe Caithness Social Work Team is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy service.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the first point of contact for social work enquiries, you’ll provide basic information and advice, support our systems and procedures, and ensure accurate maintenance of social work databases.
Key RequirementsWe’re looking for someone with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
Employment DetailsThis is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week to be worked in accordance with service requirements and will be based at William Smith House, Thurso.
