We are looking for experienced Accounts Receivable professionals to handle US Healthcare Physicians/ Hospital's Accounts Receivable, including denial management, claim follow‑ups, collections, and detailed documentation.

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims and resolve denials.
• Analyze EOBs, review claim status, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and claim updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLA, quality benchmarks, and productivity goals.
• Document call activities and update claim statuses in production logs.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on pending claims and prepare status reports.

Requirements:

• 12‑48 months of AR calling experience in US Healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of denial management and EOB analysis.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingly work night shifts aligned with US time zone.
• Basic computer proficiency;
  Tally/ERP experience is a plus.
• Background in healthcare billing and claims processing is preferred.
