Location: 1500 W. Holland Avenue White Hall, AR 71602
Shift: PRN | As Needed | Monday-Friday 8a-5p | Rotating Weekends

• Interview and assess patients, their families, caregivers, and legal representatives.
• Determine, prioritize, and arrange for needed internal and external services/interventions.
• Participate in case reviews to evaluate case management and progress, and consult with the healthcare team to promote, monitor, and evaluate compliance with the patient's treatment plan.
• Assist with discharge planning and processes, identifying appropriate resources such as transportation, housing, healthcare, and social/spiritual services, and provide referrals as part of the discharge plan.
• Supervise and/or train new staff, students, and interns.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.

• Master’s degree required.
• Board Certified Social Worker, or related field (e.g., counseling) in the state of Arkansas (CSW, LPCA, LCSW) within 6 months of hire.
• Handle With Care certification within 30 days of hire.
