Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth. Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center (H.J.T.C.) in Harrisburg, Arkansas.

The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center provides a trauma-responsive program for at-risk young females, aiming to foster personal and academic growth and to empower residents to develop skills for a successful future.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Oversee the completion of treatment for students under your care.
• Conduct clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document and assess the effectiveness of interventions toward meeting treatment plan objectives and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Prepare monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries for all students in your care.

• Arkansas license as one of the following: LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
• Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License.
