Job DescriptionServes as the primary contributor and consultant to patient care and revenue cycle services in the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training, adoption and optimization in the integrated clinical information systems that support and enhance revenue cycle, clinical practice, administrative and management needs and patient outcomes. Acts as the principal training and optimization resource with clinical and operational knowledge and application education expertise to coordinate and provide support for all new and current applications and software upgrades applicable to the clinical and revenue cycle systems.
Responsible for the assessment, planning, design, delivery and evaluation of all training efforts of clinical or revenue cycle applications. Assists in the review of existing workflows and processes; works collaboratively with operational experts to define future state workflows of clinical or revenue cycle applications.
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, revenue cycle, or related field, plus four years of technical education experience, ideally in education/staff development or within a clinical or revenue cycle setting.
