The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center is dedicated to providing at‑risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma‑responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth. The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi‑disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals.
This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary, and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.
- Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
- Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License.
