Overview
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part-Time (As Needed) Licensed Therapist at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas.
AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical services, and an outdoor recreation area. We welcome ALL who are passionate about making a difference.
Pay$31.25/hour; can increase based on education and years of experience
Responsibilities- The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. You may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and requires monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries for all students within your care.
- Required Masters
- Arkansas license as LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License
