Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to join our Outpatient department in Marianna, Arkansas. The ideal candidate has experience providing services in a behavioral health organization or a community mental health or healthcare organization. Arisa Health is Arkansas’ largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider.

This position is full‑time, exempt (salaried) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Work hours:

Monday ‑ Friday, 8:00 a.m. ‑ 5:00 p.m.

• Interview and assess clients for mental‑health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups to develop an understanding of personal problems, define goals, and plan activities to assess aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, and interests.

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
