The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team. Your work will empower residents to regain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful everyday activities.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
• Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic recovery
• Document therapy sessions and progress toward goals
• Educate residents, families, and staff to promote ongoing success

• Active Arkansas COTA license
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, hands-on approach
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Passion for helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life
