Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation (PRN)

Reliant Rehabilitation is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation therapy team. • Graduate of an ACOTE‑accredited occupational therapy school
• Valid NBCOT certification
• Valid occupational therapist state license (where applicable)
• Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation
• Familiarity with state/federal OT regulations and billing/payment models

• Provide occupational therapy services, including screening, evaluation, and development of treatment plans
• Solve patient functional goals and coordinate discharge plans with interdisciplinary team
• Supervise COTAs and rehab techs, provide clinical consultation and supervision, and promote efficient resource utilization
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality, adhere to all regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
