- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech Language Pathology.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
- Basic internet navigation skills.
- Valid state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (where required).
- Rate range estimate may vary by skill level and location.
- Provide Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services to patients.
- Screen, evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans, discharge plans, and case management responsibilities.
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Enhance communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills through speech therapy.
- Build a strong SLP therapy program and ensure clinical excellence.
- Stay current on payment models, billing guidelines, and best practices.
- Follow infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English in all written and verbal interactions.
- Valid state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
- Commitment to high‑quality patient care and continuous professional development.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or similar settings is preferred.
