We recently expanded to five locations, including a brand-new Gym and Golf Performance Studio in Hot Springs Village — featuring two Track Man Golf Simulators, a Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft state-of-the-art wellness gym. This unique setup offers new Physical Therapists an exciting opportunity to integrate cutting-edge technology, sports performance, and wellness into their treatment plans.

• One-on-one clinical mentorship with experienced outpatient therapists
• Immediate hands-on experience using Track Man, Gears 3D, and functional fitness equipment
• Professional development opportunities beyond basic CEUs
• Realistic productivity expectations to focus on quality care, not numbers

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and progress evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Incorporate golf-specific rehab, strength training, and motion analysis tools (optional interest)
• Accurately document patient progress and modify plans as needed
• Participate in collaborative team meetings and continuous learning initiatives

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree (Required)
• Eligible for Arkansas State PT Licensure (License must be active at time of hire)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Excitement for innovation, sports medicine, and wellness-based rehabilitation
