• Effectively navigate between several banking programs simultaneously
• Effectively conduct ATM deposit review and apply holds according to policy and regulations
• Maintain a general knowledge of mechanics and transactional process of machine
• Demonstrate efficiency in verifying and processing rejected files
• Recognize sales opportunity of products and services while engaging with customers to meet their financial needs
