Job Description2026-27 Teacher/Dyslexia Interventionist – Grade TBD (position will start August 4, 2026)
District Employee Paid Benefits are:
Vision, Dental, $15,000 Life Insurance and Hospital Indemnity. The District pays $350.00 toward the state medical insurance plan of choice. District has optional 401K & 403B plans available. One sick day per month worked and 2 personal days per year.
Salary ranges between $50,000.00 and TBD depending on degree and experience teaching in public schools.
Mountain Pine is located 6 miles Northwest of Hot Springs. The High School is 7th - 12th grades with about 290 students and our Elementary is Pre-K – 6th grades with about 340 students. We have a great staff and provide our classrooms with Smartboards and the latest technology to support instruction. We would like to have a person that is team oriented, possesses skills to personalize instruction and the needs of our students in a small rural community.

- Meet Arkansas Teaching Subject Licensure requirements. A Master's degree is a plus, but not required.
- Successfully pass a background/fingerprints and Child Maltreatment checks.
