Bay School District is seeking a dependable and qualified Secondary Science Teacher for the upcoming school year ). This position would join our science department in serving students in grades 7-12. We are looking for a candidate who is strong in classroom management and capable of delivering curriculum across multiple science disciplines.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Arkansas K-12 Science Standards
  .
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment for practical experiments.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and administration.
• Participate in required PLC meetings, faculty meetings, and professional development days.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.

• Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a valid Arkansas Teaching License in Life/Earth Science or Physical/Earth Science (Grades 7-12).
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Background: Must pass all state-mandated background checks (FBI/DFA/Child Maltreatment).
