Minimum Qualifications (Arkansas Licensed Teacher):
- Hold a valid Arkansas Standard Teaching License or be enrolled in an Arkansas-approved educator preparation or alternative licensure program
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Successfully pass all required Arkansas Department of Education background checks
- Meet all content-area and pedagogical requirements for the position as outlined by ADE
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to student learning and professional growth
