At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. As a Program Assistant / Teacher Aide, you will assist staff in ensuring comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.

• Ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.
• Assist staff with creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines.
• Support each child's development and education.

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Arkansas Early Learning offers a set full‑time schedule with weekends off, 26 paid days off the first year, competitive pay with paid training and a benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, life, and more. All employees receive paid training.
