- Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the College's concurrent enrollment program across all campuses.
- Supervise High School Relations Directors on each campus, including conducting regular visits to each campus and high school sites as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the College, High School Relations Directors, and partnering school districts to ensure strong communication and effective delivery of programs.
- Coordinate all aspects of concurrent enrollment, including course offering and selection, placement and testing requirements, scheduling, faculty qualifications, and student progress monitoring.
- Advise and register concurrent enrollment students on the Helena campus and support registration processes on all campuses as needed.
- Monitor student academic progress by collaborating with faculty, advisors, and High School Relations Directors, and communicate with school districts to support student success and completion.
- Work closely with Vice Chancellor for Admissions and Records, Vice Chancellor for Instruction, Financial Aid Office, and the Business Office to ensure accurate enrollment, credentialing, billing and transcript documentation for both high school and college records.
- Plan, organize and implement recruitment activities to promote academic programs on each campus.
- Create student engagement plans using the student information system for student recruitment and retention.
- Prepare and submit required state, federal, accreditation and institutional reports to ensure compliance with all program regulations and standards.
- Analyze enrollment and performance trends to recommend strategies for program improvement, growth and enhanced student outcomes.
Master's degree preferred, plus two years of related experience in higher education. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in K-12 public education within Arkansas and Phillips County service areas. The position requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective partnerships with school districts, students, faculty and staff. Proficiency with technology, student information systems and the ability to communicate effectively through social media platforms are also preferred.
