Looking to pick up extra hours? Join our team as a Seasonal Member Service Representative. You’ll provide flexible support when needed.

As a seasonal Member Services Representative at Excel Fitness, you will help create a positive member experience through outstanding customer service and cleanliness at our front desk.

• Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for available shifts when needed.
• Be on call to assist with shift coverage as needed.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with new account sign‑up.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• People with positive mental attitudes excel here.
• Preferred customer service background.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products.

Pay: $12.41 per hour.
