We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Inspection Manager for our office located in the East of England. In this on-site role, you will oversee customer care operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include managing customer service teams, implementing process improvements, handling escalations, analyzing customer feedback, and creating reports to enhance service standards.

• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, customers, and teams
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Experience in the construction or built environment industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
