We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with plumbing construction expertise to lead mechanical and plumbing installation projects from early planning through final completion. This role focuses on coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring plumbing systems are installed according to plans, codes, and quality standards.
The position requires strong technical knowledge of plumbing infrastructure, underground utilities, and piping systems, along with the ability to oversee both commercial and residential construction projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain efficient jobsite operations and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plumbing construction projects from contract award through final project closeout
- Coordinate installation of water, sewer, gas, and mechanical piping systems
- Develop and manage project schedules, cost tracking, and resource planning
- Supervise procurement of materials and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel
- Review construction drawings, plumbing layouts, and project specifications
- Monitor jobsite activities to ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship
- Track project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and project reports
- Maintain consistent communication with general contractors, clients, and field crews
- Ensure installations meet local code requirements and inspection standards
- Proven experience managing plumbing or mechanical construction projects
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems
- Knowledge of underground utilities, piping systems, and mechanical installations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multiple job sites
- Strong leadership and communication abilities when working with field teams and contractors
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time onsite
- Experience with mechanical contracting or HVAC/plumbing coordination
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Background in both new construction and renovation plumbing projects
- Full-time onsite role supporting active construction projects
- Combination of office-based project management and jobsite supervision
- Frequent visits to construction sites to review progress and coordinate teams
