Job Description

A rapidly growing and esteemed concrete contractor is on the lookout for an experienced Bilingual Concrete Field Supervisor to complement their expanding team. As a family-owned and operated business

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate concrete crews and jobsite activities.
  • Plan and execute work that includes:
    • Flatwork
    • Tear-out and pour-back
    • Repairs and demo
    • Walls and footings
    • Industrial concrete scopes
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Collaborate with project management, estimating, and ownership teams.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and inspectors.
  • Assist in coordination with excavation and utilities operations as required.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Field Superintendent or Lead Foreman in concrete construction.
  • Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or residential concrete
    .
  • Proven ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and uphold high standards.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in estimating or project coordination is a plus.
