• Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating kickoff activities

• Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks early
• Track project timelines and deliverables with the Development team
• Support internal communication around project status and ETAs

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools

• Experience working in a customer success or account management role
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and eCommerce solutions
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
