We are seeking a Operations Reception Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as our main point of contact with all guests and ensure all visitors are given the upmost hospitality when visiting our facility. In addition, you will coordinate with operations to ensure supplies and donations are managed and accounted for.
Responsibilities Front Desk Operations- Welcome and check in all clients, families, MDT partners, and visitors.
- Answer doors and phones, route calls appropriately, and provide information about services.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow confidentiality protocols.
- Support appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Oversee mail and package receiving and distribution.
- Manage office, meeting, and storage spaces to support front desk and program needs.
- Oversee office and cleaning supply inventory, purchasing, and organization.
- Coordinate routine cleaning, maintenance, and facility readiness
- Receive and log incoming in-kind donations.
- Ensure donations are labeled and stored in designated areas.
- Maintain organized donation storage spaces.
- Coordinate distribution of in-kind items according to established guidelines.
- Communicate with appropriate staff regarding inventory and needs.
