Overview

Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. You will focus on delivering excellent client service, building client relationships, and helping clients with in-person, phone, or virtual service. You will see the impact of your work by inspiring clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients according to their preferences
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service—in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
