Dining Services Supervisor

Overview

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is seeking a candidate to supervise Dining Services staff and to prepare food following the appropriate menus and recipes in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing food service. The role supports delivering a quality dining experience for residents and works within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization that emphasizes learning, growth and engagement.

• Supervise Dining Services staff and ensure meals are prepared and served from kitchens maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Plan and follow menus and recipes as directed by the consulting dietician and Executive Director to ensure quality nutritional meals for residents.
• Work to provide the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal and promote resident-centered care.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services experience required.
