What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and manage SAP transactions.
• Assist team members with parts and materials, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Support month-end reporting and other business-critical processes.
• Operate forklifts safely and follow all safety standards.
• Take on projects that prepare you for future leadership roles.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in logistics, supply chain, or administration preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar ERP systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.
• Goal oriented mindset with the drive to take on new challenges and rise within the company.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Extensive pushing, pulling, walking, lifting, and repetitive movements required.
• Standing for more than 8 hours per day.
• Forklift operation as needed.
