Position OverviewBilingual Lead Licensed Clinician (Spanish/English). You play a key role in shaping the future of our students, leading outdoor activities, assisting in developing innovative programs, and making a lasting impact in a supportive community‑focused environment. Onsite housing, free meals, and transportation are provided.
Pay & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 per year.

- Coordinate clinical services, train new clinicians, and supervise clinical staff as part of the Sycamore Canyon Academy ORR Program.
- Implement and manage standards of care according to the guidelines of the Rite of Passage and the unaccompanied minor program.
- Oversee coordination of treatment and services provided by clinicians.
- Ensure compliance of records, documentation, and quality of care.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant behavioral science where clinical experience is a program requirement.
- At least 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
- Licensed clinical professional.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- 1 year of experience working in a residential or school setting with at‑risk students, their families, and an unaccompanied minor program.
- Must pass criminal background clearance check, drug screen, and TB test.
Hours vary. 5 days on, 2 days off (schedule subject to change based on the needs of the program).
