General Maintenance Tech
Location:
Wittmann, AZ 85361
Duration: 12+ Months contract with possibility of extension and FTE
Shift: Monday - Friday, OT as needed- 7am
-3:30pm
Job Description
- The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for general building and track maintenance which includes performing electrical work, plumbing, and AC diagnosis/repair. Depending on the need, the General Maintenance Technician will be operating equipment on site, including a forklift, boom and scissor lift, water truck and tractor. The General Maintenance Technician is also responsible for some data entry and updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of general maintenance experience or equivalent military experience
- Self-motivated, flexible and works with little to no supervision
- Displays some mechanical and electrical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Work, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Possesses a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Equipment operation experience, including a forklift, boom/scissor lift, water truck, and tractor
