Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $21-$43 hour DOE

Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving Engines
- Transmissions
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems
- Structural components, including welding
- Follow established OEM procedures and guidelines for all repairs and service tasks
- Complete accurate documentation and service reports using basic computer systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols
- Apply safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
- Perform additional functions or duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives
- Hands‑on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards
- Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
